The car wouldn’t start when being picked up as an air block was in the fuel line. Rectified before I left though.

Had to prove that I had prepaid and…
Had to prove that I had prepaid and even had to pay my final instalment EARLY. I used Afterpay and the reception woman refused to acknowledge that it was paid and said ‘our system doesn’t work that way’ which is rubbish as I have used the same payment method at the same store for years. Won’t go back.

While bound by the fact that everything bought in Darwin is coming on the next truck, Scott and the team found the right tyre for my Spyder at short notice and too good a price made sure that it was fitted promptly and correctly.

Always a good experience at my car. We are travelling so they looked up our last service from WA to see what had been done. Gave advice on what needs doing to brakes when due for pads. As we travel Australia we will use my car for all our service and tyre and maintenance.

They repaired my slowly deflating tyre
They repaired my slowly deflating tyre, that wasn't even purchased there, quickly, and for free.
Mind you, I do get them to do car services at times, but again, there are no complaints.
All good.
