I had a puncture in a tyre and took it to Mycar Delacombe for repair. The tyre was repaired and replaced on my car within the time frame I requested.

Professional service provided. Pleasant, polite and honest interactions. I’m very impressed by their business model.

Staff were super friendly, super punctual, and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing a lick about cars.
Fixed up what needed fixing, and explained what still needed doing, gave a timeline of when it would need to be done by, and explained why it was important to do.

I had my car in for a service and a couple new tyres.
I really like the online booking service and how you pay when booking. You know exactly how much, so no surprises at pickup.
The guys were all lovely and friendly.
I appreciate that they called to clarify some questions about the tyres rather than just going ahead.
Overall a great experience with my only feedback being that I would have liked to have gotten some information about my car on the paper work. As an example, it lists all the things included in the service with some items saying as required or if applicable. It would be handy to know if they were required and completed, along with the recommendation given over the phone regarding my tyres and anything else they may have noticed about the vehicle.

Professional and pleasant to deal with. Staff are reliable and competent and offered helpful advice when servicing my car.

Had a screw in one tyre. They had a go at fixing it, but it was too close the the edge of the tyre. They were able to replace the tyre on the spot.

However, all four tyres had too low pressure when I picked it up - it's an EV it runs at 42 PSI, not 37 (says it on the sticker). My Aluminium valve cap was replaced with a cheap plastic. I bought those to replace one of the original cheap plastic ones that had gone missing. And the stickers weren't removed from the tyre.

I appreciate the attempt to repair the original tyre, and the fast turn around, but it's the little things that drop the review by one star.
