I have been going to My Car for three years and during that time the staff are always friendly and no job is ever a problem for them.
The staff explain what needs to be looked at the your next service so you are prepared.

Seamless experience
Seamless experience from dropping the car off, getting updates on my cars servicing and pick up after 5.30pm.
The prices are reasonable for servicing and tyres.

I can't speak highly enough of the team…
I can't speak highly enough of the team at Edmondson Park. Yesterday, I was running late for my appointment at MYcar. I ended up being 1/2 late, I thought I'd need to reschedule my appointment but the team still managed to fit me in. I couldn't be more more appreciative of the team. Thank you again.

benefits of The MyCar tyre care plan
The MyCar tyre care policy is remarkable. Bought new tyres for my car in June'24, in December I got a nail in my sidewall which is not repairable. MyCar were FANTASTIC as they replaced the tyre free of charge under the care plan ......magnificent.

I was charged 59 dollars for a wheel balance and tyre rotation by My Car Edmondson Park. I thought that it was very reasonably priced. They also measured the tread depths on all four tyres in the outside, middle and inside and typed this into the invoice. Very professional. And very personable service by the gentleman behind the counter.

A great experience from start to finish.
The lady I spoke to when I booked the appointment was lovely and helpful and when I turned up to the shop I appreciated the air con and lounge and the man who served me was polite and professional and very caring and was very prompt with finishing the job. I didn't have to wait long at all. He explained all the extra benefits and put my boot back very neatly. I would highly recommend mycar.

Above and beyond
I had called the morning of the 23rd in an attempt to fit in my car for a link slip before I left for Europe. Plenty of other mechanics said no or did not answer however Julian (from what I remember) told me to bring my car in and he’d fit me in! In less than 2.5 hours I was driving back out of there to finish off some last minute packing! Great service! Would recommend this MyCar!

They do their work well
They do their work well, and I have had no problems. I have been using them for the last four years. Compared to my previous mechanic, they explain their processes clearly and do not try to charge for unnecessary work.
