mycar Tyre & Auto - Elanora Avis 

On Monday I got 4 new pirelli tyres and a wheel alignment and the following day my the valance panel and the bumper absorber were half hanging off. Most of the screw attachments are missing. Only notice it when I could hear them dragging on the road. Very dissatisfied.

The team have been fantastic at helping out, had a service then a small issue that they sorted out no hassle at all. Highly recommend the team down at Elanora

My car was fantastic. They managed to start my car in the car park to save me money on a tow truck. Then they completed the problem so fast so I could get my son from daycare. Very friendly too.

Efficient and Accomodating:
The team got me in last minute to do a pre-purchase car inspection. They were efficient and honest about what was great about the car and what was going to need fixing soon. They were honest about the cost of these things that needed to be fixed and gave me insight on the value of the car which gave me the confidence to negotiate with my seller. Great team, very professional and thorough. Highly recommend.

Tyres had to be ordered in (that's all good) was told would be done Tuesday & would be called when ready. Lunchtime Tues, no call, walked 30mins to shops as had other stuff to do only to see the car was ready, tyres fitted. When paying was told that was actually done Monday as tyres came in early. Missed a 2nd day of work when no need. Car out in the hot sun all day could not touch the steering wheel, car hotter than a sauna, & the windscreen sunshield was right there on the passenger side. No thought what so ever as to go that extra bit & put it up or open the windows a touch. Not impressed on both counts. Will not be back.

All I can say is Ray, Rowen,Chip and the rest of the boys at Elanora are the best mechanics on the coast. Always ready to step in and help. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Fantastic service. Pleasant to deal with. Explains everything. I’m just so happy they look after my car.
