I was very happy with the service and the manger help

We were well received at reception and the work was well done.👍

Told to come back at 2pm they can do it straight away Because everyone on lunch now Came at 2pm waited 1 hour for them to do it.

Helpful and finished at stated time. Value for money and great attitude to customers

Complete misdiagnosis and wasted money.

I brought my car in and clearly explained the issue. They serviced it, replaced a coil pack, did not properly test the car, and told me it was fixed.

I drove it away and the same problem immediately returned.

I was then told I needed a brand new turbo to fix the issue. Trusting their advice, I paid for it only to find the problem was still there.

After over $2,000 spent on unnecessary parts and labour and multiple visits, they went back to the original issue and changed the coil pack they initially installed.

The original turbo was never the problem.

No proper diagnosis, no accountability, and a very expensive mistake on their end.

I will not be coming back to this business.

As always prompt and efficient service received from the guys there at mct&a thus the reason why I continue to come back.

Great service was on the ball quick farst and precised

Poor customer service,when I picked my car up is was left opened ,windows down and bonnet left open .I had to ask if they found and other issues with my car .If I hadn't asked he wouldn't have told me .
Greasy fingerprints left all over my bonnet lid

The guy at the counter was extremely irritating. His body language and the way he addressed us made it feel as though we were begging for assistance, despite the fact that we have countless other options for car servicing. He has no place at the front counter of MyCar and would be far better suited to working in the workshop, away from any customer-facing role.
