Just great service pardon the pun.
The guys there are always bubbly, friendly and genuinely trying to help you keep it within budget and not trying to trick you with unnecessary upselling. Thats from a female perspective.

Excellent customer care and service…
Excellent customer care and service provided by Ben and his team at the Frankston service centre.
Professional and excellent communication and detailed reports provided. Also, most importantly excellent service/maintenace works carried out on my car and is now driving beautifully.

The car service component was…
The car service component was excellent. The overall experience was good but I'm unhappy about the phone call mid-service trying to upsell other add-on service & parts - pollen air filter, wheel alignment, new tyres and more.
It happens every time I book in for a routine service.

Basic service dropped off 9 am left…
Basic service dropped off 9 am left 2-45pm. Did not have correct oil filter, friendly staff but too slow.
