Matt Thomas was absolutely brilliant
Matt Thomas was absolutely brilliant, very friendly, knowledgeable and left me feeling assured he would take the utmost care with my expensive newly coated wheels when fitting the tyres I'd ordered.
He did exactly that, I'm very happy and would gladly recommend Matt at My Tyre to family and friends.

I would have given a 5 star if not for last in customer service …
I would have given a 5 star if not for an average customer service. From the point of call to pick up of vehicle the team is not really forward coming to hear or listen to us. Otherwise its really great. I dropped 3 cars so far to them and not even once i felt welcomed. The only reason im sticking to them is because they are near to my home and my car issued getting fixed in no time. If only they can improve on customer communication, i believe this place will have more than 5 stars.

Friendly and professional service
Able to order the tyres they doesn't has in stock and beat the prices.
Friendly and professional service. Got a nail in my tyre few months after the replacement. Helped me to fix the leak at no cost.

My detailed checklist was not updated…
My detailed checklist was not updated from my last service, there were no quoted prices on repairs and i was charged for another 12 month roadside assistance even though i was only 6 months into the last one.

Our Roadside Assistance is offered complimentary on all Essential Plus services and Logbook servicing. This is at no cost to customers, however we do understand your concerns. We do offer an Essential Service at a lower cost than the Essential Plus Service - please note, roadside assistance is not included in this and may be an option in the future if you do not require the total works listed for an Essential Plus Service.

bad experience
I did have a bad experience with my car service. Since first day of servicing I have been having trouble in starting the car, taking 2 to 5 minutes to start the car, started displaying maintenance required and ACC service required in the monitor which I had not experienced earlier to the service. highly disappointed with the service.
