Had a great experience here! My tire blew out, and I needed an urgent replacement along with a safety check. Even though my original appointment was scheduled too late, the staff went above and beyond to reschedule me as soon as possible. They completed everything quickly and efficiently, exceeding my expectations.

Overwhelmingly pleasant experience with the folk at Hurstville. Listened to my concerns with the car and conducted the additional inspections I asked for. BYD servicing does take longer for updates to go through, but they were transparent about it from the get go.

Steve at Hurstville NSW store was able to fill my order for 4 new tyres and gave excellent service.
His crew Aligned the tyres on the rims perfectly and nothing was too much bother.
He went above and beyond anything I have seen from the industry in my over 60 years of driving.
