Took my car for service asked if I would the petrol voucher with my service they told me yes when I pick up my car that would not give the petroleum voucher

I thought the price was extremely expensive for a full service. The car drove home fine, but later on that evening the car struggled to keep its revs . Good job we are in the RAC. The cover for mycar hadn't been activated. Anyway RAC roadside inspection found a problem with the acceleration pedal.

Purchased new tyres recently- Great work on time and reliable.. Good advice but no sales pressure.

Friendly and helpful staff, keeping me updated on the progress and advised when car was ready for collection, bang on time. Great price as well, I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

Over promise and under deliver...still waiting for a response on parts delivery...over 4 days...it appears their manager has staff issues... management training is the companies fault

Booked in for 2 tyre replacements and was told it would be ready within a reasonable timeframe, but it ended up taking over 2 hours. I had to call myself to check on the car, only to be told “we were going to call you, but it’s ready now.” Poor communication from start to finish.

The bigger issue was what happened after I left. Shortly after driving onto the freeway, my tyre pressure warning light came on. I drove straight to BMW to have it checked and was told the tyre pressures were dangerously uneven the front left tyre was at 39 PSI while the front right was at 30 PSI.

After paying for a basic tyre service, I didn’t expect to leave with a safety issue. Very disappointing experience and I won’t be returning.

It was a great experience, with excellent service and trustworthy.

I was able to book my vehicle in easily the next day to have work completed. The staff were helpful and kept me informed on the progress and any additional work that was recommended to be done.

Service and staff are very reliable and honestly

The staff were helpful & explained the processes. If I had a criticism it would be that the tyres were inflated to 39psi which set off all sorts of alarms when we hit the freeway
