Fantastic Customer Service the team takes the time to explain what's done or needs to be done to your car, they are honest, reliable and straight to the point which is rare for mechanics. I've taken two of my cars to Kirwan for a number of years now.

I booked in for the second time with a…
I booked in for the second time with a diagnosed fault with an expectation it would be fixed. I picked up my car saying the part had to be ordered of which another quote for labour was given with a part that I could purchase online for over half the cost

Their amazing customer service
Their amazing customer service. And the simple fact that they put up the windscreen protector shield when they had finished the service. No car dealership has ever done that before, even when I had requested it to be done. A small little touch done right. Small things make big impacts.

new headlight globes fitting…
I had purchased new headlight globes from SuperCheap and they struggled to fit the driver side headlight and they advised me to go to a mechanic. I was expecting a large cost for this knowing what it now costs us to service our cars these days. Well, I rang Mycar, Kirwan and was told to drop in Saturday morning and they would help me out. They certainly did and at no cost. Great vibe from the younge man that heled me out and will get my next servise done hear. Great old school communication and service!!! Thank You
