Mycar kotara were excellent! Had an issue with a noise other mechanics couldn’t get to the bottom of and Ryan and the team there sorted it super promptly with proactive communication letting me know my options and delivering earlier than communicated. Cannot fault the team at all. Super organised, knowledgeable and just a fantastic experience all round. Will absolutely be back for my next service. Thank you team.

The professionalism displayed by the Kotara store was exceptional. I had ordered tyres thinking I needed new ones and it turned out I didnt. The staff contacted me and immediately refunded my money. The service was completed in the allocated set time. The communication from the staff was exceptional. The way the staff treated me was refreshing and made me feel important. They easily could have added the new tyres and I wouldnt have known but they didnt. That says something about their character and this is highly important to me as a character. The online booking system is so easy to navigate. Highly recommend the Kotara store. Yes they do validate your parking.
