Honest and Courteous Vehicle Service
The convenience of being able to book a standard service online, with or without additional items, was super convenient. Then being able to arrive, leave my car knowing it would be professionally looked after with a courtesy call if anything unexpected was discovered (which there was) was very satisfying. The workshop Manager was very pleasant, courteous and professional, and the ability to utilise Afterpay was a bonus. Will definitely continue to use mycar Tyre & Auto to look after my vehicle.

I didn't make an appointment
I didn't make an appointment, but I turned up to see of any chance to get my tyre changed as I got a flat tyre the previous night and I was running on the donut tyre. I had tried in Ballina in the morning as I was working there, but no chance for any of them to look at it. When I finished in Ballina, I went to Lismore to see what my chances were, he replied, leave it with me and I will get it done. Just go and shop for an hour or so. Within that time, I received a text saying my car was ready. So, so happy.

Car issues resolved
I recently had my car serviced at Lismore and had an excellent experience. Andrew, the manager, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He quickly diagnosed and sorted out the issue with my car, which I really appreciated.
What impressed me most was Andrew's patience - he held my car for me while I arranged everything on my end, and never made me feel rushed. Great customer service and expertise. Would definitely recommend Lismore My Car.

Was told the 4 new tyres and wheel…
Was told the 4 new tyres and wheel alignment would take 1.5h to complete. Then I called 3.5h later to be told they were about to start...and would take another 45mins. Apparently a hoist broke. I was not notified about any changes or issues and was made to cancel plans I'd made. Very inconvenient and unprofessional. Also, was told paying by bank transfer was not an option.

Safety Certificate
I needed a Safety Certificate ASAP and was able to book a time slot on the following day. They were on time and my car was ready to collect at the time they specified. They were courteous and happy.

Helpful and friendly
The work was done quickly, new management team seems friendly (previous manager was always very helpful with advice and issues in a last minute situation). Spoke to the new 2IC when I picked up my car and he was helpful, answered my questions and gave advice.
Only downside was the price, $158 seemed a little expensive for a wheel rotation and balance but I don't have any complaints about the service.
