Certainly one of the rudest customer service experiences I have ever encountered, combined with extremely high tyre pricing.

When I attended the store, the person at the front counter was on the phone and continued sitting and speaking with the customer without showing any intention of assisting me. His attitude came across as completely ignorant and dismissive.

I asked whether they could repair a puncture in my tyre, but I was told that I would need to come back the following morning because they were fully booked.

However, after checking the tyre, I was told that it could not be repaired because the sidewall was damaged and that I would need to replace the tyre. He then quoted me $505.00 for a Bridgestone tyre and said they had the tyre in stock and could replace it immediately.

This was very confusing. If there was no availability to repair the puncture because they were fully booked, how was there suddenly availability to replace the tyre immediately?

I decided not to proceed and obtained the same tyre replacement from Tyre Power for $369.00.

The difference in price is significant, and I feel the $505.00 quotation was excessive. Overall, the combination of poor customer service, the dismissive attitude and the significantly higher pricing left me extremely disappointed.

I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

I needed my clutch changing and my spark plugs on my Nissan dualis 2008 ..my car did a great job ..Troy even showed me the old plates and how worn they were...we already use them for our deisel hi ace commuter buses ( business) ...nice people too.

You were able to fit me in at short notice, provided a time frame that worked with my schedule and your friendly team delivered on what you had promised.

I was able to book in without delay, tyres were fitted when they were expected to be and I was notified at the anticipated time of completion. All the staff I dealt with were polite, pleasant and helpful.

I’m writing to provide feedback on my recent experience arranging two new tyres for my vehicle. I’ve been dealing with your dealership since 2021 for my fleet car, and until now the service has generally been fine. Unfortunately, this latest experience was disappointing.

Last Wednesday, I called to book my vehicle in for two tyres. I was told my vehicle records couldn’t be found, so I called back the next day with the tyre make and size. I also clarified that although the vehicle was originally a fleet car, it is now mine and I would be paying cash. I was given a quote and advised the tyres would be ordered.

On Monday, I followed up to check if the tyres had arrived and was told they hadn’t been ordered yet, but would be ordered after my call. I didn’t receive any updates, so I came if on Thursday. My details were found, and I had to repeat that I would be paying cash. I was then told the tyres still hadn’t been ordered.

At that point, I went to another tyre shop and purchased the same tyres for a lower price, with no delays.

I’m providing this feedback because the lack of follow‑through and communication was frustrating, and it’s not the level of service I’ve come to expect. I hope this helps improve the process for future customers.

The service was relatively fast, replacing a tyre within an hour on a busy day. Customer service was great. Pricing was marginally on the more expensive side compared to competitors, but pretty good regardless.
