It this stage I don't know what to…
It this stage I don't know what to really rate mycar Mandurah. Over the last 3/4 months I've had to come in every 2 weeks to rectify or "fix" an issue with my car. The last visit I've been told I now need a new Cylinder which will approx cost 4-5k.. Given the make of my car. They did a compression test but no leak down test to properly confirm this.
In those 3/4 months, my car has been serviced twice, had a new radiator installed, x5 spark plugs, x5 coils, drive belt and polyrib. Now this.
My car still over heats, bubbling in the radiator reservoir tank.
I've spent about 4k already.

The customer service was simply outstanding! The guy on the front desk in the Mandurah store was super friendly; helpful; and professional. I’ve been there now a few times; and it’s always welcoming as soon as you walk in their front door.
The servicing done on my car is always completed on time. What they say. Never late.
Couldn’t be more satisfied with their service and overall professionalism.

RAC dropped my car off unannounced at…
RAC dropped my car off unannounced at Mycar Mandurah after I hit debris on Forest Hwy and got a flat tyre. They fitted me in, repaired the tyre and checked the other tyres and I was back on the road within an hour of arrival. This salvaged my day. Great customer service. Most appreciated, and a big
