I had a break down and called, they took the car in the next day and had my car back within 30 hours fixed, great price. Scott as also looks after me with friendly and helpful service

Will not be returning
Drop off was great. About 5 hours later I received a phone call stating that my car had concerning issues that would require immediate fixing, possibly requiring it to remain at the centre for multiple days. I said that I could not be car free that night, to send through a quote and then I'll book it in later. I was told the most concerning aspect was an issue with the suspension and I'd have to be very careful when I drove it. On pick up I was informed that the most pressing issue was my tyres as they were 'bald and illegal'. They are definitely neither of those things and are in quite good condition. The quote was for 2 tyres, the front suspensions, brake replacement and wiper replacement. I had replaced the wipers the day prior and they work perfectly. My brakes had been assessed a couple of months prior and no issues were found. I don't know if the suspension actually needs work but Im left feeling like I cannot trust my cars assessment because they were wrong about the other 3 'issues'.
