The service provided by the mechanic was exceptional from the first phonecall advising me he was on site to the final phonecall outlining what he'd found. 1 issue was located during the inspection, but it was an issue that was important, needed to be repaired and expensive if I had to fund it myself. He went above and beyond to provide accurate feedback on whether the vehicle had seen any 4WDing on tracks or beach. Due to the information provided I was able to convey to the car dealership the issue and that I was happy to take the car but only if the issue was rectified. They agreed immediately. Thank you so much. What a worthwhile investment.

I haven't had a problem with them and I've been seeing them for over two years. They always check over my car efficiently, and give me good advice on my car. Yes they have might forget to call me once or twice about my car being ready to be picked up but they are very busy. And are only human !! :)

Great customer service and prompt actions. One point of improvement recommendation is to make sure you clean the customers wheels. Getting new tires on cleaned wheels would make the impact way better. 5min job way better result.
