Lack of equipments
MyCar Tarneit Park doesn’t have wheel alignment equipments for Mercedes SUV’s. Yet they wouldn’t inform while booking or reconfirming appointments. On the day of appointment they told me their inability of wheel alignment and returned my money back. This has caused me risking my new set of tyres to wear out by the time I can get a wheel alignment appointment elsewhere!! Now I’m very concerned about other services that are provided too!

The staff at the Tarneit store are the best
The staff at the Tarneit store are always friendly and helpful, much better than the staff at the Werribee Plaza store!
I was going to give up on mycar Tyre & Auto after my experience with them.
Luckily a friend mentioned how much better the Tarneit staff were, so glad I switched to them, never had a negative experience with them

Excellent Experience with Peter at Tarneit Park
I previously serviced my vehicle at the Hoppers Crossing store and have continued for the past 12 months at the Tarneit Park store. Peter consistently provides excellent service, addressing both major and minor issues promptly and at very reasonable prices. Highly reliable and professional.

Maintenance issue fixed at competitive pricing
Dropped car off for a maintenance issue and the staff were welcoming. Got a quote before proceeding which was competitive. Notified when car was ready and the staff were again friendly at pick up.

My new local mechanic from now on.
