The staff behind the counter were great. They made the experience enjoyable and easy going. I can't fault the workmanship on the vehicle.

so i got a roadworthy
so i got a roadworthy. they failed my plastic headlights and wanted to charge me $500 for the pair plus $250 fitting. i was able to buy the pair for $100 and it took me a middle aged non mechanical female 30 minutes to do, tell me tey are not a rip off.

Very disappointed with lack of customer service
At time of booking, I was informed my car needs to be left at the location for four(4) hours after dropping it off at 0800
I had made a 13:30 appt. To have c- rays followed by a 15:00 appt with my GP leaving the mechanic 5.30 hours
They insisted that my car needs to be at their location between 0800 to 16:00 I expressed my disappointment for not being told at time of booking as I would not have committed to medical appointments The staff member talking to me had a toothpick hanging out of his mouth the whole time and was rather rude
I ended up canceling the service but to add further to my disappointment, I received a text message at approximately 15:45 telling me that work on my car is completed and ready to pick up
My Car has nothing to be proud of and the “people” ads are false

I changed my battery and alternator a while ago and still I got the same problem. I paid top dollar but I got worse service
