mycar Tyre & Auto - Mt Gravatt Avis 

I recently had a logbook service completed as usual (The previous was less than 6 months ago), I mainly booked to have the back end of my car inspected due to a concerning noise but nothing had been found or done. I’m also unsure of what exactly I paid for as well especially because the last service was still fairly recent so I wouldn’t have expected there to be much more to pay. There’s usually notes added to the invoice regarding next service issues but this time there was nothing as well.
The team and the gentleman at the front counter has always done a good job and I’ve never had an issue before, just this time.
Overall - I feel like I went in for a main problem but left still not knowing what the issue is and what cost so much.

Detailed what needed to be done to improve the ride of the car and advised of what had occurred to delay the completion of the works required then fitted it in upon the arrival of the correct parts. Went out of their way for me to collect the car after I arrived after closing time so I could it home and return the next day to complete payment for the job. John

The staff at the Mount Gravatt location were extremely polite and professional. I was met with the store manager who took my keys and had my vehicle attended to straight away. Now that's service!!! Would highly recommend these guys.

Unbiased honest professional opinion most of the time.
But this time they missed advising us for wheel alignment for my Kia cerato.
I recd an email few days after the servicing reminding that it is due for wheel alignment.
Not sure how they missed but not impressed.

I am dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your Mt Gravatt location for a roadworthy certificate inspection.

When I arrived, I was advised that the inspection would be completed within one hour. However the service ended up taking over four hours for what should have been a relatively simple task.

After the extended wait, I was asked to pay the inspection fee, which I did promptly. Only after the payment was made was I informed—verbally and in a rather abrupt and unfriendly manner—that my vehicle did not pass the inspection.
