Better than the dealerships
I’ve been having both my cars serviced at Narellan branch for a couple of years now. Staff are very friendly and the level of service has been impeccable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my colleagues.

As always, friendly staff offering a reliable service.
Dropped the car off, I was able to go do some shopping. When the car was ready, I recieved a text message to collect. Very easy process.

Disgraceful service
Had such a horrible experience here. Took over 9 hours for a simple service and 2 light globes change. Was spoken to so rudely. Came to pick up the car after 8.5 hours and they hadn’t even finished because they were waiting on globe delivery however it was at their front door in a box they just couldn’t be bothered to go get it. I attempted to make a formal complaint and the response was from Riley Fegan and he said to go make a formal complaint with fair trading and good luck then closed the case without doing anything. Refused providing their complaints policy and or procedures as well as refusing my request for a higher up management. Absolutely disgraceful
