Really Great service. Explained the details well, so was aware of work needed upfront. Was able to get a part in and changed on the day, which made the experience seamless, and was appreciated.

A total rip-off
A total rip-off. Took my Golf to MyCar NB for a service in Jan—by the next month the coolant tank was completely empty and I had to refill it myself. That’s basic stuff! On top of that, terrible service when replacing a pre-ordered tyre—kept our driver waiting over an hour despite promising it would take 15 minutes. Rude attitude too. Avoid.
