Really Great service. Explained the details well, so was aware of work needed upfront. Was able to get a part in and changed on the day, which made the experience seamless, and was appreciated.

Using Pink slip to upsell repairs?
I was given a list of so called "critical repairs" that I was told all; "would need fixing to pass roadworthy" none of the mechanical items affected or were part of pink slip inspection. According to my regular mechanic, who's practically rebuilt the car over 2 years; minor service items were highly exaggerated and others just did not exist. I needed new tyres is all, which I expected, and I bought elsewhere. When I pushed back telling them some of the items they listed where replaced in a recent major service (under 3 months ago), they became condescending. The only reason I went there was because I expected to need new tyres & my mechanic doesn't do that. Never again. Jax tyres Artamon sorted me out in 30 minutes. 5 stars to them!

Overbooked. Sub-optimal service.
MyCar Neutral Bay returned car with unfastened bolts in engine causing breakdown requiring a tow truck one week later.
