Great customer service from the staff…
Great customer service from the staff here at North Rocks - especially Zed .He managed to fit in my tyre puncture repair a day early while I was at work in the shopping centre - saved me a wasted trip the next day - especially being between Christmas and New Years - I was very grateful for their efforts to help me out

$850 Repair With No Resolution
They diagnosed the issue and assured me they had identified the problem and that the car’s overheating would be resolved. I paid $850 for the repair. However, the very next day—on a hot day—the car overheated in exactly the same way as before. Essentially, I paid $850 and the issue was not fixed.
Additionally, I specifically asked them to run the engine for an extended period with the air conditioning on to ensure the problem was resolved. Based on the immediate recurrence of the overheating issue, it appears this testing was either insufficient or not carried out at all.
This raises serious concerns about the quality of the service provided and whether this constitutes a questionable business practice rather than an honest mistake.
