Excellent experience from start to finish from Samantha and her team. I took my car in for an essential service and with a few extra safety issues found, Samantha took the time to call me and explain everything so I understood completely - with no pressure to proceed.
A thoroughly positive experience from start to finish and I'll definitely be returning!!

Great service as always!
Always have a good experience at mycar Northmead!! This time we needed to drop the car off to get the brake pads and disc rotors replaced. Called up the day before, dropped it off the next day. Fixed on the day and I picked it up that afternoon. Too easy. Harry, Sam and the team are fabulous!

I was told by other people to change tyre before necessary, My Car team measure the threads depth (about 4-5mm) and told me the truth, advise me don’t waste money and throw away good tyre.
