Honesty & letting me know all 3 tyres needed replacement
Honesty. I had a tyre put on car last year 2023. I had a flat tyre & called AANT to swap with spare (a small space-saving wheel). The location wasn't far from home. Upon inspection all 3 tyres (except the one replaced last year) needed replacement I also had wheel alignment.

Positive feedback for MyCar Tyre & Auto Palmerston NT
I have used My Car Tyre and Auto in Palmerston NT for my last 2 car services and will continue to do so. I really like the online booking system, and the reminders leading up to bookings are very helpful.
Customer service over the phone and on site is great. Staff are very helpful and efficient. Prices are fair, and if any additional work is required during the service, they always call to provide a cost and seek permission before they proceed with the repair which is great as there are never any hidden costs upon pick up.
Overall, the experience is always good.
