They damaged my rim and failed to calibrate my wheel alignment, I took my car to Bob jane and they rectified, they stated that the wheel alignment was severely out, the car was heavily pulling to the left

Car service
I got “low coolant” warning the second day I had my car serviced while driving on the highway, luckily there is a nearby mechanic and he filled it up for me (I was lowkey panicking when the warning sign pop up). They also didn’t top up my windshield wiper washer reservoirs (this is less important than checking my coolant level tho) But i am starting to question whether they actually inspected my car thoroughly….

Mycar pre purchase inspection.
Vehicle appeared fine to the untrained eye. The mycar inspection found issues with the vehicle which i missed. Worth the money.
