It was easy to make the booking whereas…
It was easy to make the booking whereas previously, it was more complicated. The staff were courteous and helpful. They called to advise me the car needed new tires and advised the cost.

Interms of customer interaction I'd give you 1 x star. Con spoke to me with conviction and a very condescending manner. You gave my car a major 120k service even thought it already had 105k major service without listening to what I was saying.

I’m very disappointed.
I’m very disappointed.
I booked a wheel alignment for 11 a.m. and parked my car at 10:20 a.m., handing over the keys to the staff.
When I came back at noon expecting to pick up my car, they told me they hadn’t even started and would only begin after their lunch break.
I ended up waiting for three hours.

1. Price might be at fair market rate, definitely not competitive.
2. They took 5 hours to replace a spare tyre even with appointment.
3. Need me to put the new spare tyre back to the boot. It’s heavy to me and I am not sure it would happen in other shop.
