I made a mistake and booked my EV with…
I made a mistake and booked my EV with BYD Ringwood but I didn't realise this and presented to mycar Ringwood. The service representative was very accommodating; he slotted my car in and cleared up the confusion directly with BYD. Great service

Car service recommendation.
I have serviced my Honda with mycar in Ringwood twice in a row now. I am happy with the efficient booking-in process provided by Shammy. I was advised of the standard service cost up front. I was called part way through the day to be advised of the condition of my car and any other recommended repairs. The bill advised included GST. It is a bit too early to comment on how my car will run now but it has been fine the last year after the last mycar service.
To be honest I would love the option of a full wash and also clean under the bonnet. Vehicle breakdown assistance is included in the service cost though.
As a bonus you can shop whilst your car is being repaired.

Fair and professional
Timely, my car was being attended to the day after calling. Communication, whilst being repaired was honest, clear and options given. Polite and professional. Cost reasonable, I even received an exit pass for parking. Overall experience great!
