Mycar didn't do up the sump plug
Mycar didn't do up the sump plug. it leaked like mad and even though I called and arranged to bring it back they refused to do it until a week later. Vvery poor.

Went in thought I had a nail in my tyre, it was a rock , they checked tyre pressure and charged me $50 . Not very reasonable

I didn’t have to wait days or weeks to get in for a service
The only complaint is the service man left greasy hand prints on the wheel arch,and the time for the job stenches from from 2 hours to over 3 hours.
Other than this I am very happy

Handy location
The guys did what was needed, fitted new brakes. I didn't expect to be called to say the wheels needed to be re aligned at an extra cost, I thought that would have been included.
Also the front door of the little office would be better if it would automatically open, it's a very tight area.
The guys were all helpful and friendly
