Kieron is so helpful. Been there for many repairs over time. The service is terrific. Cannot recommend highly enough. In fact, it is tempting to keep the place a secret!

Able to book in for repairs even though shop was busy and same day turnaround. store had ordered parts ready even if unnecessary just to ensure the job would be done without delay

Got our tyres done straight away
Got our tyres done straight away, was fast and efficient and so far happy with the tyres. Beautiful tree lined park to wait while Shibo changed our tyres. Was extremely happy with such a short wait.

My experience
My experience in booking my car in for service at Rose Ok was good. First on my booking phone conversation.
Second when arranging pickup. All went to schedule. Pick up ontime with full explanation. Plus I was able to arrange an excellent price to replace 4 tyres!!
