mycar Tyre & Auto - Rouse Hill Avis 

I took my car to Mycar Rouse Hill to have tyres fitted.They did not seem happy that I did not want a wheel alignment and I asked if I could get a pink slip.I returned to the store to pick up my car and was told my car failed the pink slip and required $1500 in repairs and if they weren’t done my car would blow up within 3 months and it would also now need a wheel alignment.I told them I would take my car to my normal mechanic and consult him.My mechanic checked over my car and issued a pink slip.He also had to change the reverse light bulb as it was out.Something that Mycar did not check.I think Mycar thinks because you are young and female that you will just consent to any repairs that they tell you your car needs.I still had to pay $51 for the pink slip that I did not get.

Car was serviced in December and we were quoted $2000+ for fixes. Came back in January for the work to be done and next day my car would not turn on. Battery and alternator now need to be replaced even with MyCar claiming they checked battery. Not very thorough on their end.

I've been taking my old Nissan Tiida to Grant and the team for a few years now, and haven't been disappointed.
I've now started taking my wife's mini to them as well, given Mini Australia has been charging me a king's ransom....and still have no reason for disappointment, as they've done a better job with the servicing than mini Australia.

I purchased 4 tyres from mycar last year. I recently damaged the side wall on a tyre whilst parking. I returned to mycar to purchase a new tyre, and I was informed that it would be replaced for free due to the warranty offered by mycar.

Very easy to book and drop car off. Service was very quick. Great job!

Every time I visit their shop in Rouse Hill, I always feel welcomed and well taken care of. They are truly experienced and professional, always giving me the time I need and going the extra mile to make sure my car is perfect. When my car had a dent on the door, they did their very best to help me fix it. It’s so reassuring to know I can trust them with my car !

I have always experienced good service with Mycar. They are honest and very reliable and friendly.

Not a great experience, got logbook service done on 24th December. Later in the day noticed, all oil has been leaked on my driveway. Was without a car over holiday period. Not going back to them again

Definitely recommend them! As a first time car owner initially I had a problem with just the sheer price of everything (which I know is just the standard and not their fault at all) and I conveyed that in a less than mature way. The staff were so patient with me and talked me through everything that needed to be done while remaining 100% professional even in the face of (let’s be honest) having a brat make an issue. Grant and the team are just solid people and I hope they realise just how good they are at what they do!

But wen arrived, store manager advised of error in the website and 8.30 was the correct starting time. Hope this error will be fixed asap.
