Friendly , clear easy to deal with

When I rang to book fir a roadworthy I said it was virtually a brand new car. I was told to bring it at 8.00am and it would take 1.5hours. When I arrived before 8.00am I was told to come back at lunch time. So I had to arrange to get home and wait till 12 or so. By the time I was home at 9.30 I was told car was ready . So a complete waste of time and cab fares.never again.

Fonda and staff at South Melbourne were friendly and professional. Great work team.

I found out I was charged extras that were not justified. The tyre prices was not the best. And the service was incomplete and still get my detected faults lights on. I have to take it somewhere else. I would never use them again.

Booking via phone was easy.
Got a call soon after dropping car about other items needing action/replacing. Felt pressures on the phone. Nothing was urgent/dangerous so asked the guy to note items on job sheet/invoice.

As collection, asked him if tyre rotation & handbrake adjustment were done as I had requested. He said yes, but refused to notate it on invoice/job sheet.

Had to call twice and speak to the manager, who agreed and emailed the invoice noting all jobs done.

Serviced my car here for 3 years, and not had an issue or treated this way like this time around. Wasn't happy with treatment and service received from the 1 guy.

Booked date online via the web. Drop off and pick-up via front office. Text message was sent when car was ready. Phone call during the day with an update and some suggested extra work done.
Tram stop out front. I had a standard scheduled service. Price was as quoted.

Efficiency

The team advised me that they will order the tyres I needed and complete the work within one hour. I dropped the car off at 9am in good faith expecting to receive the car back in time to pick up my sick friend from hospital. They rang at around 11am to advise that there had been a mix up in the order and the tyres hadn't arrived and it would take time to get them fitted. I asked for a loan car to pick up my friend from hospital and there were none available. I then had to frantically search to get a 'go get' car and just as I was about to pick it up, they rang to say the car was ready making me very late to pick up my friend. I was not happy with this service and will seek an alternative supplier next time.
