Disappointed wheel balancing service
Took the car in to do wheel balancing, the results are less then ideal with the wheel balance being worse then the beginning. Had to take it to another tyre auto shop to get it rebalanced and found out that the unbalanced wheel has caused some issues. I have noting against the shop or the mechanic, I just wish a better job was done to make sure it’s safe to drive.

I booked for a basic service at $229…
I booked for a basic service at $229 but I was charged $299. I was given a report that I never asked for .
Also , when you send out reports You should really read what you have stated instead of coping and pasting . I was quoted to replace 3 wipers on a sedan that only has 2 . LOL!

Great service and in good time. Very helpful too!
Once again, great service from the boys at My Car, South Perth. My only grip is getting through on the phone. It took a while and got transfer to the wrong place. Wish they had a direct line, especially for when your car is in the middle of a service and you just need to communicate quickly!

I have been going to this garage for over 25 years. I get all my cars serviced here and bought my tyres here.
Jessie and his team before had a great system going .
This team don’t have the experience or the people skills to be in this industry.
It’s not about service it’s all about the money they can get out of you .
