Very poor service & unhelpful
I stopped at the South Perth store and asked about repairing a tyre puncture. I was told I would have to make an appointment to have it fixed. I made the appointment for 3pm in 2 days time. I arrived for the appointment today on time and was told there was no appointment made and I would need to make another appointment. No sorry for your inconvenience. All this to repair a tire. I was very disappointed at their unhelpful response. I will no longer deal with this my car shop.

Excellent service.
The team were able to help me out when my car needed unplanned maintenance. They fit me in at short notice, were efficiency, clear on how long they thought it might take, helpful and friendly. Very, very happy. Thanks!

I was greeted and attended to…
I was greeted and attended to immediately on arrival. Once I explained the noise owner was onto it immediately confirm brake pads needed changing which was done within the next 2 hours.
Thank you as I had a lot of driving over the next 2 days.

A refreshing change to car service
What a refreshing change to car service. Friendly, genuine and knowledgeable staff from the moment you walk in the door. Jesse was so accommodating and they went that extra mile. As a female I felt comfortable and trusted their experience. I have recommended this place to family and friends already and I would challenge anyone to find more personable service. 5 out of 5 from me.

Jesse and Bonnie were excellent
Jesse and Bonnie were excellent . They gave excellent customer service and were professional at all times. In this world of getting ripped off constantly it was great to find good decent honest people who know what they are talking about. I will be using them in the future and highly recommend them.
