My car broke down and I was worried…
My car broke down and I was worried with all sorts of distress. - so much white smoke coming out of my exhaust , making it unsafe for me or other drivers around me.
Mycar sunbury made me feel comfortable, letting me know they would help asap. They gave me a brochure for tow truck pick up, and so I was able to organise a tow truck. And they allowed me to leave the car overnight to get it checked.. with out booking. I felt they were able to squeeze my car amongst their busy schedule - and that is going beyond for your local customers. Thank you sunbury mycar for helping me through the process, the stress and positive outcome. Q

It would be helpful to have a shuttle…
It would be helpful to have a shuttle service for aged customers within a two mile radius. Having spent a good part of my 84 years as the main receptionist at a Melbourne private hospital I think a more personable greeting would not go astray! A great smile and eye contact for starters. However I have no complaints on the work on my car after many services and that is what really matters.

Needed a last minute puncture repair.
Had it fixed in 15 mins from me arriving instead of 2 other “repairers” who tried to instantly push a new tyre at $400+, outstanding customer service! Really appreciated it!

Easy to book
Easy to book, quick toilet them know if more work was required other than what was booked in. I did ask for an estimate of the extra work and it was quite a bit more then what was roughly quoted. But car is running better than ever. Very pleased
