Excellent all-round experience
Prompt call response, and good communication between headquarters and individual branch, from original enquire to purchase, booking and fitting (tyres & alignment). Customer sales reps knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Upfront costs and prompt efficient handover & pick up. Seamless and hassle free, friendly and helpful advice. Would recommend to friends etc based on experience.

Terrible service
Terrible service. I took my vehicle to be serviced, and once I picked it up immediately noticed an issue with the steering. mycar denied "it was their fault" and stated they would have to charge me to assess the issue. Absolutely ridiculous, given my car was perfectly fine prior to the service! Be aware of the Sylvania mycar for your car servicing.
