I have been going to MYCAR for at least 4 years, and Gavin, Pete and the team give absolutely first-class service, and nothing is too much trouble for them. I am so impressed with the outstanding service that even if, which would be extremely rare, if MYCAR weren't able to match a competitor's price, I would still purchase the tires from MYCAR at Toowoomba Plaza. Was quoted $805.00 and they tried to…
Was quoted $805.00 and they tried to charge me $879.00. Apparently the local shop has no control over pricing. The jobs and pricing is set by head office. I had to get my wife to SMS picture of the quote etc just a real hassle. Doubt I will go there again based on the experience.
