Asked where we could purhase

Damaged electronics after service
Brought it in for a basic service and it was returned with the dash lights full brights as well as the entertainments screen. The air conditioning control lights were not working also.
The manager was argumentative and told me to fix it myself.

Walked in to be greeted by 2 very welcoming young men . Asked if I could book my car in to get the brake light replaced and they said they could do it straight away.

MyCar Tweed saved the day again
2nd time in 12 months I got a nail in the front tyre. Took the van in to MyCar Tweed Heads and the guys managed to squeeze me in. Back on the road in under 4 hours. And the best part, free of charge! Doesn't get any better than that.

My car was booked in for a saftey…
My car was booked in for a saftey inspection in connection with the renewal of my vehicle registration. Even though this was a very small job, I was more than satisfied with the friendly and respectful reception I received when I dropped the car off and again when I collected it 45 minutes later at the conclusion of the assessment.
