Mitch looked after me.
The internet was down, so he couldn’t find my 4th tyre. I ended up with a different brand of equal quality and price. The process was hard for me, but Mitchell explained it all well , and allayed my fears. I’ve ended up happy and will return to MyCar next time.

Thankyou Mitch!
Had a screw in my tyre, heard a slight flapping sound and went straight to Waratah MyCar, walked in and showed a picture, Mitchell, who was there came straight out and looked at my tyre and took my keys straight away, had the tyre repaired in 20Mins! - I was able to get a coffee and enjoy the outside without the stress or worry!
Absolutely superb customer service and car maintenance service ever!
I don't go anywhere else, I always trust these guys they are absolutely wonderful and treat you as a human being and not a cash cow!
Will continue to keep coming back and leaving great reviews !

Won't answer the phone. I tried calling 3 times, but hung up after 10 minutes of terrible hold music each time.
