I could tell staff had a really busy day ahead the morning I had my car in for a service and to find a solution to a problem I was having with my car, they were friendly and communicated very well. Even under pressure service was great.

I was looking for a second hand car I am a single woman and was concerned that I may purchase a problem. I spoke with mycar waratah. They were more than happy to look the car over the car while I was taking it for a test test drive. They said just bring it in we will put it up on the hoist (no charge ).
I ended up purchasing a car from Maitland and was not close enough for them to look it over. After purchasing the car I took it to Mycar and they took it for a test run. My car is good.
I just want to shout out a big thank you to all the staff for their understanding and assistance.

Thanks Dylan and Marcus Anthony going to above and beyond for me today and fitting my car in last minute on a Saturday afternoon done a great job.

I had a quote from a dodgy mechanic in Broadmeadow trying to obviously fleece me. (Failing pink slip for my windscreen wipers which were a year old, lying about checking engine mount etc)
Took my car to Cameron and the guys at MyCar Waratah and they actually gave my car a proper look. Saved me getting scammed $700 and did an excellent job on my car. Would highly recommend.

The team were polite and friendly. They did a great job with my car and even finished earlier than expected. Fantastic job all round, couldn't be happier with the service and will be back.
