Awful service and process
Made booking online. Person I spoke to promised me services that, when I got to the store, they were unable and unhappy to provide. Store ended up keeping my car for 2 hours before calling to say they weren't going to do anying at all. As I had already paid, the refund now takes 3-5 business days. Absolutely horrendous service and process. Will never use and never recommend.

Diligent, hard-working and outstanding workmanship
The technicians demonstrated outstanding professionalism, deep knowledge, and excellent communication throughout the entire process. Their workmanship was fast, efficient, and incredibly helpful. They are a real credit to the organisation.

Very impressed with the service provided. My headlight was fixed quickly and efficiently, even though it was the end of the day, and it was a fiddly task that took longer than planned. They went out of their way to help instead of turning me away. Great customer service.

Went in for a log book car service, everything is as expected, nothing negative. Price is reasonable.

Forgot to put engine cover back.
Forgot to put engine cover on. I had to travel 40km to get it back.
I am disappointed about the service, and will never go back to West Perth station again.
Someone didn't bring their brains to work and didn't respect their salaries.
Rising pricse can be accepted but The poor quality of service has made me lose trust.

Epic West Perth and Subi collaboration!
I booked at the subiaco workshop but rocked up to the West Perth one in error. My keys were taken anyway, all the while being reassured it was fine- they could sort it from here.
Between the two workshops, my car was delivered up the road to the correct workshop, service and additional troubleshooting needed completed as promised & then it was even returned to the original workshop, being more convenient to walk to from my workplace.
You rarely get service like that anymore these days & I was immensely grateful.
If I could give 6/5 stars I would!

Had burst tyre and they took me in asap.
The Afghani brother is outstanding with his customers service skills and very comprehensive.
