Cost friendly and extremely kind people! Helped me out with everything I asked (which was extensive) in only one day. Dropped my car off in the morning and had it back by the afternoon. Great experience!

Excessive wait time for service
After booking for a basic service at 9:00am, I went for an hour walk then waited around in a food hall for another hour. The whole time, I checked my vehicle status on the BYD app and my car had not been unlocked or moved from where I parked. Returning at 11:15am, I was told my car was about to be started. The service only took about 30 minutes. If a booking is made for a certain time it is reasonable to expect that the service will start at or around that time. If not possible, then a customer needs to be kept informed of progress and reasons for delays.

Took my car here as I didn’t have an up to date service history when I purchased it. They were able to do a thorough service and provide a current schedule. They were thorough and very professional. I highly recommend the Wollongong team.
