Very good quality & delivery… Granddaughter loves it

I bought the pink dragon bundle after seeing a lot of hype about this company online. I am so pleased that I went ahead and purchased. The products are such good quality and my little one (although not quite ready to potty train) seemed very excited by them. I believe it will make the potty training experience much easier and enjoyable for her. Customer service when I needed it was exceptional, they were so polite and helpful. I will be recommending this company to every potty training parent I know.

We bought the reusable training pants for our two year old daughter. They are fantastic - a lovely stretchy material, so a nice comfortable fit and easy to pull up and down (unlike some other brands that we have tried of a similar style). Easy to rinse out and clean, and super fun ladybird print! She really loves wearing them so making the transition from nappies much easier!

Great service, quick delivery and great product

A very pretty and easy to carry potty. My toddler has however found the seat to be a bit too narrow and not very comfortable which makes her reluctant to use it. She prefers the larger seated Argos potty.

I am so happy with my purchase of the carry potty. Really convenient, great size to fit under the pram, robust to take on journeys, fun nemo design which my toddler loves. I was using an ordinary potty out and about before but made it difficult with having to find somewhere to empty it so I am so happy that this worry has been taken away and she can just go wherever she needs to now. Would 100% recommend. I have a 8 month old too so am very confident that this will last me to be able to use again with her so well worth the money.

Good product, little one likes it. We had an issue with the first delivery but, Katie from customer services resolved the matter within a few hours.

Bought the toilet seat, step and potty.

Toilet seat and step get 4 stars, the seat is great and fits all the toilets we’ve used it on but the step is a little low, our average sized toddler struggles to get from step to seat or reach the sink when washing his hands. The design (penguin) is fun and he loved choosing it.

The potty is awful, zero stars. Bulky as people have said and for no good reason. It isn’t leakproof as advertised, found out the hard way. Luckily I’d tipped most of what was in there out but what was left ruined the stickers and chart, toilet paper and other stuff that was in the potty bag.
There is also no way of emptying it that doesn’t end up with pee down the sides of the potty and the handle or the back join or wherever. I don’t think it’s had one use where at least one of us hasn’t had pee dripped on us as a result of the awful design of the potty.
It’s also uncomfortable to sit on, my son had to get used to sitting on it which was another hurdle to overcome during the process of potty training and got a bruise from sitting down a bit too enthusiastically one time because it’s quite hard and narrow on their bum.

No idea how everyone is raving about the potty, buy one for a couple of pounds and it will do the same or better job.

UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW
I have lowered the review after I got in touch with Katie (as requested) to be sent an eyeroll of a reply and long list of ways I was using the potty incorrectly; confidently informing me the leaking was, in fact, all my fault. Wild. I was asked to send various videos of it being used (?), being closed, being lifted, and it leaking, to prove to them I was using it correctly! I mean, it’s a click and close clamshell design for goodness’ sake. Absolutely zero acknowledgement that their product *might* possibly not seal/ a manufacturing fault may have occurred and it all bore no resemblance with the PR reply to my review - which is purely so you believe they care. They don’t.

So, I did a poll of all the parents I knew that had owned the same potty and ONE said theirs didn’t leak - the rest said theirs did and most had thrown theirs away; but they still insist it’s leakproof.
Bonus feature: it’s a messy nightmare to empty.

If you want to spend £25 on landfill -
and want to get wee (or worse) on you/ your home/ your car - then this product is for you.

Great product, granddaughter loves using the seat and matching stool. Sturdy and durable, easy to wipe clean and fits on my toilet seat well. Delivery was fast and well packaged. The extra email tips and advice is really helpful although the certificate has 2023 on so not quite up-to-date.

I bought a My Carry Potty for my little one and have found it so handy to take out and about, knowing we could use anytime/anywhere - it really is a great product.
However, we had been using it for about 6-8 weeks when the locking mechanism snapped and we could no longer securely close the potty. We were away on holiday at the time so this was a bit of a pain, but I managed to get an identical replacement delivered via Amazon Prime the next day. On returning from our trip I contacted My Carry Potty's customer service team by phone and spoke to a lovely lady called Katie, who was extremely pleasant and apologetic, but also resolved the situation quickly and easily for me, making sure I was refunded for the replacement potty I had purchased. I really wish all companies were this easy to deal with. Thank you Katie!

The company sells you a potty training book in which they convince you that you need just about everything that they sell on their website. They further advise that it is vital for your toddler to pick their own character. If you decide to go along with that blatant marketing, don't even hope to actually get the products from the website - they are constantly sold out of one item or the other, as if they could not gauge what sells well. It is not possible to actually buy a complete set with any of the more popular characters.

We already have a Carry Potty and are ready to move on to the next step with toilet training. The fact that the penguin seat and step up match the potty was a big plus. Familiar looking for our granddaughter, and she loves penguins!
The website gives good advice and the ordering and delivery were straightforward.
Delighted with the seat and the step- both thoroughly tested already and proving popular with our independent granddaughter!

So, after a few hiccups i can honestly say 10/10. Customer service has been brilliant.
