Great product
Really good product. My daughter picked the design which I think made potty training easier because she was involved with decision making. Would highly recommend.

It's a great potty
It's a great potty. When I ordered it I also received a potty training book, my toddler loves the book and tried to follow some examples on the potty training journey described in the story, he calls it a 'Magic potty' now. The potty looks good, it's easy to operate (although it requires an adult to open it) and is very convenient at home and when you travel/go out of the house. You can carry the potty by a handle. Perhaps straps would have been helpful for the little one to wear it as a rucksack. Overall an awesome creation and highly recommended. Thanks.

The customer service is quick in responding to query and dealt with my issue very politely and with care .
I had issue with my son’s training pants ams after sending images of issue i was sent replacements .Glad to have used them and will definitely use them again.

We have just received our potty and it is amazing- the design is perfect and my little girl loves it!

Quality but Hard to Open / Stiff
The potty is good quality but really stiff to open. LO can’t do it themselves. Thats the downside
We had our LO choose the potty after printing pictures of them all, and had them do it over a few days to see if they picked the same one each time before buying one as we knew its costly

The potty is a must… you need one
Ordered the travel potty and toilet seat and step in the cat design. My little girl picked the design herself which helped make it a more positive experience for her and was nice to have something she liked.
The travel potty is fantastic, brilliant you can safely shut it until you can empty it somewhere appropriate. We use it out and about but also as our potty downstairs at home. BUY IT.
Secondly got the toilet seat and step.
Love that the seat has handles, helps her to feel stable.
My only criticism is of the step, I know it’s very much the standard height but it’s just not quite high enough, and my daughter is tall! She can just about get into the toilet without my help now but if the step was just an inch higher it would really help

Very useful potty to take out & about
Very useful potty to take out and about, the handle allowed us to clip the potty to the buggy. My daughter loved the design and it made potty training that little bit more exciting for her!
