Charges and billing are hard to understand and are not straightforward. Cancelling is a 20 minute experience. $49.95 annual fee suddenly appears and is a ripoff that is not disclosed. I am trying to get my bank to reverse the charges. It may be a fair product, but it is sold and distributed with the tactics of a used car lot circa 1975.

Constant spam claiming my cloud storage has run out, only to link to this site. Reported to their privacy team many times, but they keep coming. Obviously using illegal tactics to get people to sign up. Will report to the FBI.

Stay away. Support is in a foreign country, and when I tried to cancel, they assured me it was cancelled, and yet they continued to charge me. Now I am on the phone again, trying to cancel. This is not a review of the product but of the unethical approach in not allowing customers to cancel.

I purchased a one year subscription for $19.95 introductory offer. I was not diligent and after six months noticed they were collecting $19.95 each month for six months, $120. Then they took $49.95 for 2026, for a grand total of $170!. When I called them they said I purchased a "Bundle". Evidently, if you purchase a "Bundle" you automatically donate $19.95 in case you need assistance!
I will say the software is OK, but the sales tactics are a "HOOK", be careful. They refunded the $49.95 and I cancelled with them and they lost trust my trust. I'll wait to see if they refund the $49.95. But the $100 for so called assistance is gone.

Like so many others I purchased the product for self installation. I paid by credit card and funds were deducted.
The following month, additional fees were deducted.
When I questioned this, they told me that tech support was free for the first month and thereafter I was subscribed for a monthly fee.
A very sneaky way of obtaining extra funds without people knowing this.
I asked for a credit, but they informed me they couldn't refund 2 charges for a service I never new was going to be included after the initial 30 day free period.
I am told them to cancel everything and I thought the company was very underhanded in how they did business. I wrote a review with the BBB and hope people do not use their so called service.

Jobela cleaned my lab top and desktop. She went the extra mile to work my adobe problem on my desktop. the conclusion was the adobe 2025 software version is the problem. I have to wait for the next version of adobe to install.

This morning, I had the unusual experience of getting rapid advanced tech support. The technician was easy to understand, helpful and efficient. He quickly installed the new correct drivers and then ended the call. But my first phone call always requires much patience as I must battle through the 20 minutes of the sales team trying to sell me more software and services. Every time I call, I am prepared to say no. The prices offered are not reasonable - to the consumer. Four years of tech support for almost $500. Your advanced tech support team is excellent, professional and doesn't pester me to buy more upgrades. If your renewal prices were better, I would buy more upgrades. Thank you.
