**THE WORST FURNITURE BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. AVOID THIS COMPANY!**

I honestly don't even know where to begin. My experience with Cloud Comfort has been absolutely horrible from start to finish.

I had to order this couch on the same day, relying entirely on the photos displayed on their website. They told me they had never even unpacked or assembled this particular couch before, but confidently assured me that it looked exactly like the pictures. Well, that was completely misleading.

When the couch arrived, it looked NOTHING like what was advertised. It looked like a cheap knockoff. The armrests were noticeably lower than in the photos, the overall appearance and quality were completely different, and the so-called storage ottoman wasn't even a storage ottoman! What I received was absolutely not what I was led to believe I was purchasing.

On top of that, they charged me an EXTRA assembly fee. The delivery and assembly were handled by an 18-year-old delivery guy, and it took approximately FIVE HOURS to put this couch together. And when he finally finished? THE COUCH FELL APART!

I had guests arriving the very next day, so I was left in an absolute emergency. I had no choice but to hire a professional furniture technician to come and fix this disaster. That cost me $450 — almost HALF the price of this so-called couch!

When I contacted the company, they offered to send someone in the evening, completely disregarding the fact that I needed the couch fixed IMMEDIATELY, not hours later. I explained the situation and requested reasonable compensation for the inconvenience, the additional expenses, and the complete failure of their product and service.

Their response? They offered me $100 for the assembly fee. Not even enough to cover the professional repair I had to pay for out of pocket. And to make matters even worse, they didn't even refund that $100 in the end!

So let me get this straight:

- The product looked nothing like the advertised photos.
- The company admitted they had never even unpacked the couch before selling it to me.
- I was charged extra for assembly that took FIVE HOURS.
- The couch literally fell apart after assembly.
- I had to spend an additional $450 to have it professionally repaired.
- The company failed to provide an adequate solution or even follow through on the compensation they offered.

**This is NOT customer service. This is NOT acceptable business practice.**

I have never experienced such a frustrating, expensive, and disappointing furniture purchase. The complete lack of accountability is what makes this experience even worse.

Save yourself the money, the stress, and the headache. Do yourself a favour and buy your furniture somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend Cloud Comfort to anyone.

bought shoes and wanted to return i have NEVER had an experience like the one with cloudcomfort. i had to video the item . the first attempt was not "thorough " enough so i had to do it again. then send the parcel in origional wrapping via only one venue and then was told when they receive the item they would check and inform me of status. the item was delivered to a PO box and not picked up for almost a week! long story short- i kept pestering them and finally did receive the refund. will never buy from them again

The shoes I ordered was cheep and uncomfortable.!
I sent them back and they are not giving me refund.! The costumer service is horrible

I am in love with my Cloud Comfort mat. Bought for the grandkids - 4 and 2 - so they could dance around and I didn't have to worry about them hitting the tiles. It's luxe. First thing they did was lie down on it. Amazing quality and yes, cloud comfort.

Cannot fault Cloud Comfort. My mat is amazing, so good for me and my 6 month old - it’s encouraged him to start moving more quickly too. Mal

They showed up at 10:02pm to deliver my mattress. They tried giving me some cheap foam mattress that didn’t even look like the pic I ordered from their website. Then they said free shipping on the website and then charged me $50 for shipping. They also didn’t have the bedframe I ordered so guy texted me to give me three other options. So didn’t get the frame I wanted and then tried giving me some cheap mattress. Thank God his delivery driver was reasonable and nice enough to listen to me when I said I did not pay for a foam mattress. Even tho the delivery guy did try and tell me the other mattress in his truck was a queen. I know it wasn’t I worked for a furniture company. Then the owner threatened me and said “well the guy is on your doorstep”. Oh and they showed up in a van that is for a painting company.

We love our mattress topper! Great support and super comfortable to sleep on, soft like a cloud.

I didn’t really understand the benefit of a mattress topper until I tested it out for the first time, and now you wouldn’t catch me without one! I honestly love it so much, it’s soft but doesn’t compromise the firmness of the mattress. I have a good mattress but this mattress topper makes it ridiculously better! Def 5/5 :)

Hubby and I purchased a king bed however it wasn’t soft enough for me. Being a mum of two littles I struggled with sleeping and obviously that’s an essential for a happy household!!
This mattress topper honestly changed the game. I’m now able to have the best sleep of my life (no exaggeration) as it’s like sleeping on a cloud. From the moment I sit on the bed, I melt into it as I lay down. So comfortable and soft but yet not too “pillowy” where joints hurt when you wake. It’s perfect. Highly HIGHLY recommend ☺️

Have been using the Cloud comfort neck pillows for a couple of months and am so impressed. I had a bad neck pain for a while and since using the pillows my neck pain has gone. Highly recommend if you are after neck support. Feel quite firm to start with but I quickly adjusted.
