VERY BAD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH
YOUR GOOD FOODS is not a company you can trust. We looked on their site and saw advertised AUSTRALIAN Cordyceps and ordered these as there have been many concerns and investigations regarding the farming of Cordyceps in Asian countries by a range of authorities including World Health.
When the Cordyceps arrived, we saw that it states on the back of the packaging that the contents are imported from overseas and simply repackaged in Australia, so they are not Australian products at all. This is deceptive and misleading, all they do it place cheap Chinese imports into their own packaging in order to make profit.
Trying to find out from the company where they source their products from is almost impossible, after over a week they still will not tell me where the product comes from, so I needed to do my own investigation.
After speaking with many other dissatisfied customers and researching I found that they source their Cordyceps from a region in China that is being investigated for heavy metals and toxic materials in the soil and unapproved fertilizers making the products unsafe.
YOUR GOOD FOODS claim their products are organic, but they have no certification for this so they are making claims with absolutely no evidence, this is incredibly unprofessional, dishonest and shows that the company cannot be trusted at all.
We returned the products for a full refund with Australia Post tracking, several days later we still have not heard from the company and have not received a refund. I even contacted the company to inform them of the tracking number and provided a message from Australia Post that states the exact time the items were returned to them and STILL no response. They have their products back so we have just been completely ignored with no refund, this company is immoral.
We have contact Consumer Affairs Victoria to make a formal complaint and have also informed ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) that this business uses deceptive business practices, misleading information, a lack of communication and transparency and an unwillingness to refund customers in a reasonable time frame. There is no care, concern or respect for customers at all, avoid this company at all costs.
DO NOT deal with YOUR GOOD FOODS, they are totally and completely misleading and deceptive while the quality and safety of their products is very suspect, certainly not a reputable company at all.
