Your delivery service is the best. Thanks for getting my machine to me so quickly.
I am concerned on the quality of the product. I have been using it now for over 3 weeks and find things awkward. The power cable is stiff and almost rigid. Why won't it just lay where you want it? The air tube too, is stiff and frustrating when moving. Like, it's the type of plastic used is rigid and won't loosen up from the bends caused by packaging. My old series 10 machine tube had a 'T' connector fitting the back of the machine, so the tube comes out sideways whilst this tube comes straight out of the back of the machine. Why you changed that I have no clue. I hope you are not trying to find ways to build the machine cheaper by substituting quality products. It's very noticeable when one sleeps with a machine such as this.
