I used this company for my business's logo development. I received over 800 results to choose by offering $1200-many of which looked as though a grade schooler did them. You could definitely tell which designers read the blurb on what you wanted and what you didn't. Towards the end of the project, I was trying to get assistance from the company to determine whether I should deal with one designer to do the finishing touches or leave my project open until I received the final design. My phone calls went unanswered and the online help was not available. So I awarded the monetary amount to a designer, with the understanding that we could hammer out the minute details. IT TOOK 2 MONTHS TO DO THIS!! DO NOT PAY THEM (ie. award a designer) UNTIL YOUR LOGO IS COMPLETE!!!
Once I awarded a designer, I received a couple emails from a different designer demanding to know why I didn't choose their logo design. I awarded a monetary amount to the second best design (certainly not required, but a thank you for all the hard work) to show my appreciation and received a nasty email back telling me everything that was wrong with the design I chose, and "if I can deal with it, that's up to [me]." Not very grateful.
I contacted the company regarding my experience and didn't receive an email back, although they continued to contact me with the newest special. I email back, asking to be removed from their email list, and explained my experience again. They replied saying they would continue to put pressure on the designer if needed. Crappy service from designer and company. Wouldn't do it again.

when the first time i was winning the project in mycroburst, i was very happy. but i felt so fear, and i asked to mycrobust team, when i will recived the money, and then he said you will recive your payment in 20th of June.and in 20th of June, Really-Really excellent i have been recived the payment in my PayPal account on 20th of June. But i have problem with my paypal account, MY ACCOUNT PAYPAL WAS LIMITED AND BE DENIED. And I ASKED TO PAYPAL, BUT NO RESPONS, NOTHING. But, when i asked the helping to Mycroburst, they immediately respond, And told me the way, how to getting my money. I realy impressed with Mycroburst respond.

Sure, there are many design companies that boast low rates. But remember, you get what you pay for...or at best, you beat a dead horse enough until it springs back to life...or not. I hired (2) online design companies for my logo. One started at $47.00, the next was $149.00. Two months later...and we were no where near satisfaction.

I had used Mycroburst before, but thought I could save some money! Wrong. After wasting valuable time, I came back. Within the 7 day period, I had over 140 designs to choose from. I worked with a designer from England, and was completely satisfied with his ability to work through our revisions. By the 14th day, I had all files in my possession and the contest was closed. In the end, I spent $420.00 on the logo but I'm excited to debut the new brand.

Thank you Mycroburst for being the quality design alternative that I can rely on.

I was new to this whole process of designers sending in designs for graphics work. As with all bidding type processes, there were some good designs and some who clearly didn't review the project brief. In the end I have a logo that I like and that is all that matters.

I being working with this company for over a year and half already and all my needs have being met; they are highly professionals and they present their work well to client/customer. They paid closed attention to all the details that a client/customer request. They have exceeded my expectations.
