My dentist east Leake the staff are no good at all. I have leaning difficulties and they don’t care they would not help me. I had my carer with me. He was not happy at all. They was making my anxiety bad. They did not listen to me. They should treat me with respect. I have complained to head office. I have a new dentist now I went Saturday they sorted my problem out so it is good. The practice manager at my dentist east Leake is no good at all.

Absolutely disappointed with my dentist Clacton. I took my 80 year old mother-in-law who needed a chip repaired. (£200 for 20min appointment). While there she was charged almost another £90 for a prescription to be written out for a cream that had a small amount of antibiotic in it.
Had she been told she could buy this 'over the counter medication' she would have saved herself both the prescription paper writing service (£90) and the private prescription cost. I then found out the medication could be bought for only £10. I had questioned this at the time with the staff in mydentist, but at no point did they advise of this.. THIS IS GREEDY. This is almost half her weekly pension, so DISGUSTED that you think this is service, making money out of an OAP.

My dentist Dr Anisa Ahmed suggested a good treatment and I was very pleased.

Would rate no stars .first appointment soon as I went in ten mins early they called me in and didn't get given any chance to fill out a form or medical. They never said a word about anything .I spoke to dentist and she made feel bad .
And now I week later phoning me up asking for a payment. NHS. Really annoyed.they didn't take time to do forms and tell they would be a charge .

My Dentist Castle Rd Bedford. A friendly smiling welcome from the lovely receptionistTracy on entering the surgery, in fact all the staff here are good and make you feel welcome.
Now my first treatment was in May 24 when I had my four remaining teeth removed as they had broken and impressions done for a lower denture which was then fitted in July - all was not well it fitted awful and adjustments were made. Back in August again - more adjustments, back again on 3rd September and again on the 16th and again on 2nd October and the 15th October.
It was surgested at this point that I should use them as well as I could and give them three months to see if the fitting got better as my gums may mould to the denture - they did'nt and I retuned on the 11th February this year where they atempted (for the last time) another adjustment, this also failed to make any difference.
Oh, And the problem with the denture was that I could'nt eat anything with it in, it would rock from side to side and detatch from the gums ending up rolling around in the mouth even when using a fixative. A total waste of £300+

My dentist. Where do I start. First of all they changed me from NHS to private without asking or telling me. I complained about this so they put me a “price plan” which is basically getting the same treatment for a slightly reduced price. Once I was paying the slightly reduced price rate for my treatment the issues began with getting an appointment. They send multiple reminders for your appointment including a phone call which borders on harassment then cancel the appointment at the last minute, rearrange and cancel that one aswell on repeat. High staff turnover. Seeing a different hygienist every time. All whilst advertising for private client with an “appointment time to suit you”.
I suspect they are cancelling nhs appointments in favour of private ones. I had a tooth infection and they refused to treat me and told me to phone 111. I reminded them that they have a duty of care to their patients and they magically found me an appointment the next day. Absolutely disgusting chain dentistry with no regard for their patients. Avoid at all costs.

Be careful about going to ' My Dentist' for any dental treatment as they have put all their prices up and don't inform patients until after they had their treatments. The reasons for not informing patients before hand whether via letter, text messages or word of mouth when you come in for your treatment so you can decide if you want to go ahead with your treatment knowing the cost first is it's on the website. I don't know about you but I don't check the website before I go in for treatment incase they suddenly had a price increase when I had exactly the same treatment every 6 months and when I questioned the staff about it as I didn't have the extra money to pay they couldn't give a stuff. All they said was oh well you had the treatment now and if you don't pay you get a debt letter. No sympathy at all even though they are the ones at fault. No we leave on your account till you can just pay now or we send you a debt letter . If you ask me they are nothing but a bunch of scammers. You have been warned ⚠️

Terrible after care service. Got an infection after an extraction, took ages to get an appointment whilst in pain and wanted to charge me to look at it.....going to a new profession dentist. Total disregard of their duty of care!

Då jag tidigare inte hittat denna sida så har det gått 1 år sen jag var hos denna urusla tandläkare i Norrköping. Ringde dom på morgonen en dag i januari 2024. Hade världens tandvärk i en tand i nederkäken o var glad över att jag fick komma samma dag.
Väl där blev det en skräck upplevelse. Tandläkaren var arrogant o väldigt hårdhänt. Jag är tack o lov inte rädd för tandläkaren annars hade jag nog aldrig mer gått till någon igen.
Han börja med att hissa upp stolen högt o sen luta han den bakåt så fort o så mycket att jag fick hålla i mig o armstöden för att inte glida bakåt. Han använde nåt att känna på tänderna med o när han kom till tanden jag sökte för så gjorde det så fruktansvärt ont att jag ryckte till o skrek aj. Han säger då ”du måste ligga still”. Ja sa jag men det gör ont. Svaret: jasså.
Sen vägra han dra ut tanden som jag sa gjorde ont o sa att det inte var den tanden utan den framför o den skulle lagas, inte dras ut. Han laga den utan bedövning o det gjorde skitont. När han var klar tryckte han upp stolen i uppfällt läge i sån fart att det blev som en katapult o jag höll på att flyga ur den samt att det svartna för ögonen pga hastigheten från liggande till sittande.
Tror kalaset gick på runt 3000kr. Gick därifrån med dels den värkande tanden fortfarande kvar samt ont i den han lagade. Den har jag fortfarande ont i.
Uppsökte en annan tandläkare senare samma dag o fick rätt tand utdragen av en mycket mjukare o trevligare kvinna på en annan klinik.

I took my daughter for a free dental check-up. The receptionist initially refused to add her to the NHS list. However, the dentist later confirmed she was added and would have a follow-up in 6 months.
When I inquired about the contradictory information, I was met with rudeness from two receptionists who refused to clarify and spoke to me condescendingly.
This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I strongly advise avoiding this practice.

My dentist in gorse hill swindon is great the receptionists offer a warm friendly efficient welcome.
My lady dentist is great also friendly and welcoming very knowledgeable and a good communicator this along with a kind gentle treatment takes away any anxiety and it is actually a pleasure to visit she takes great care of my ageing teeth and gums and in case you wonder I am a nhs patient

My dentist made a denture that did not work at all.
I was complaining that my denture was not comfortable but she didn't care. I had to ask for a bag or custody to keep it because she left it on the chair. She was absolutely not professional and rude.

Mydentist i Västerås city lagade min tand och lagningen släppte nästan direkt, sen vägrade dom laga den igen då inte jag hade råd att lägga 5000 till på en NY lagning där dom inte lyckades med att göra från början... hade dom inte förstört min tand hade jag ju inte behövt komma tillbaka!

after my appointment with the dentists I went dow stairs to arrange for a follow up treatment appointment. But the male receptionist was offish and rude. He didn't known what I wanted. Then said if you would of given me the blue form I could of seen what you wanted. To which my reply was if you would of asked politely for the form I would of gladly given it to you. To which he rudely passed me on to a colleague. unsatisfactory behaviour from a front line staff member whos primary job is customer service. needs to learn how to what that means.

Kvacksalvare som lurar folk på pengar. De har bara gjort besvären värre än innan jag fick vård. Bortkastade pengar! Akta er för att gå dit, då behandlingarna kan leda till allvarligare besvär än innan. Oerhörd brist på kompetens och professionalitet. De borde inte få kalla sig för tandvårdsklinik.

Great service from My Dentist practice in Carnon Downs today. Friendly and efficient service and very reassuring. I would strongly recommend.

Världens bästa tandläkare är Neha Mydentist i Örebro. Otrolig ödmjuk lyhörd proffsigt noggrant vänlig. Sätter patienten i centrum. Jag är överraskad att det gick så smärtfritt att dra ut två tänder. Stor tack Neha och din team. M.

Oprofessionellt och lurendrejeri!

Det finns inga ord som kan beskriva hur ledsen jag är över att jag valde att besöka denna, så kallade, tandvårdsklinik. Tandläkaren har under mina totalt tre besök tagit hastiga och till synes ogenomtänka beslut och ändrat sig fram och tillbaka angående vad som behöver åtgärdas, tyvärr inte utan att först ha slipat och korrigerat. Under behandling informerar man inte mig som patient vad som händer eller varför och den temporära tandkrona jag fick (trots att jag under första besöket fått besked att jag skulle få en permanent) lossnade efter 12 dagar. Jag fick ingen information om hur den temporära kronan skulle skötas eller om det var någonting särskilt att tänka på. Tandläkaren valde även att slipa på en intilliggande tand för att kronan skulle få plats i bettet vilket orsakade nya besvär i form av ilningar i den tanden.

Jag vill inte ens låta dem försöka att rätta till detta då jag inte på något vis kan känna mig trygg med att släppa denna tandläkare i närheten av min kropp igen.

Sammanfattningsvis; Jag har egentligen inte fått hjälp för det jag sökte för, jag har orsakats nya besvär i en tand jag innan inte hade problem med och tanden jag sökte vård för är permanent förstörd. Det kostade nästan 3000 kronor. Tack för det!

När jag har gått ut från abonnemang då började problemet, dålig ansvariga personal för när jag ringde och bad de att ta bort onödiga fakturen på mig eftersom jag var inte medlem längre då sa personalen att vi har tagit bort fakturen men det gjorde inte och samma situation 4 gånger under 1 år. idag fick jag mail från KRONOFOGEN för att jag inte betalt deras fakturen när jag inte medlem där längre. tänk innan på var ni går ger eran personnummer. Väldig arg på det.
